Who is F & P Forestry?
Hello fellow Alaskans and welcome to F&P Forestry Services -where honesty, integrity, and commitment are our core values. My name is Nathan Patterson and I am the co-founder of F&P Forestry Services. I have lived and worked in Alaska as an Estimator, Contractor, Equipment Operator and Project Manager for the last six years. Prior to moving to Alaska, I worked on the East Coast for several years in the same fields.
My partner Corey Foster and I started this company to provide Alaskans with a quality product for an honest price no matter what the job entails. When we say we offer seasoned firewood, we mean seasoned for a year, not seasoned for two months before the Winter hit. When we give you a price on a residential projects that is the price always and it does not change unless the scope of the project changes.

In these last six years of working with the Alaskan community, I have asked home owners what their biggest complaints about local contractors were, and the number one complaint was not being able to find a dependable person. Following that complaint were lack of quality work and honest contractors. As a contractor myself and after dealing with subcontractors, I saw how difficult it is to find exactly that; people who show up, have the experience they claim to have and to get someone to adhere to the original given estimate, without coming up with excuses to add a change order.
