Who is F & P Forestry?
Welcome to F&P Forestry Services — where honesty reigns and integrity is non-negotiable.
My name is Nathan Patterson, proud Alaskan and co-founder of F&P Forestry Services. Over the past decade, I've worn many hats in this great state — Estimator, Contractor, Equipment Operator, and Project Manager — all while gaining a deep respect for the land and the people who call it home.
At F&P, we specialize in land development services including building site prep, runway clearing, underbrush management, hazardous fuel reduction, and excavation. In short: if it involves dirt, trees, or big machines, we’re your people.
My partner Corey Foster and I built this company with one goal: to offer fellow Alaskans quality work at honest prices — no gimmicks, no last-minute surprises. When we say our firewood is seasoned, we mean actually seasoned — like, two full Alaska winters kind of seasoned. And when we give you a project quote, that number stays put unless the scope changes. Because no one likes hidden fees. Especially not us.

At F&P Forestry Services, we specialize in forestry mulching — and yes, it’s as useful as it sounds. Instead of leaving you with unsightly brush piles or burying debris (a shortcut that often leads to surprise sinkholes down the road), we mulch everything on-site. That means a cleaner finish, healthier land, and fewer future headaches.
We take pride in three things: showing up on time, doing the job right, and making sure our clients are genuinely happy. We're not satisfied until you're looking at your property and thinking, "Well, damn."
And yes — we mean it when we say we won’t leave the job site until your socks have been completely blown off.
